If a Data File "Breaks" ...
Broken data files may be fixed by installing and running the "Table Fixer" program that is available on the ALMSys, Inc. website. Table Fixer is a free program. Please contact support for assistance if necessary.
Backing Up Your Data
A backup and restore feature is included with the software.
FTP
File transfer protocol is used for anything that requires web file transfers, such as program updates and backup uploads. By default, passive FTP is used. You may control this on the Tools menu.
